What if I need to prepare some things before moving to my new home or office, will you keep my possessions for me?
We know that you might need to make your new residential or business premises ready to hold your valuable possessions. This is the reason why we offer both short term and long term storage services for all your belongings.
Our storage facilities are climate-controlled; hence you can be sure that even those items that require certain climatic conditions to stay functional such as pianos will be safe in our hands.
Also, our warehouses are manned by armed security guards and are on CCTV surveillance 24/7; thus you can have peace of mind knowing that your goods are secure with us.
Whenever you are ready to pick your belongings, we shall deliver them to your new premise free of charge!
With us, adding or removing items from your move plan is not a complicated process. All you need to do is contact the move coordinator, and he will help you out with any updates or changes. Please remember that your quote might change in such an occurrence.
We know that things might come up and you might not be in a capacity to move on the agreed date. Don’t worry; we shall sort you out! Simply speak to your move coordinator, and he will explain to you any updates and changes to your estimate.
We have three options when it comes to packing;
- You can pack yourself
- We can pack belongings that you delegate or,
- We can pack everything
However, since our goal is to give you a smooth transition that you will leave to remember, we recommend that you go for the third option – allow us to do everything for you at an affordable price!

Since we want you to have a faultless moving process that features a personal touch, we request the owner to be there in every step of the process. This way, we shall be able to develop a smooth process together. If you are engaged elsewhere, and you cannot manage to be with us, please appoint your confidant to act as an agent.
Where possible, make sure that your fridge is empty before removal. For freezer units, you can leave them packed if the move will take a few hours, but empty it if you are moving for a long distance where delivery might take a few days.

Yes, we move plants. Inform us about the number of plants you need, and we shall give you a quote. If you are moving interstate, remember to check with Quarantine Australia to determine whether you have plants that are not allowed in the state you are relocating to.
